Rishab brings with him over 11 years of deep domain experience across India, the UK, and the UAE, with a proven track record in end-to-end ERP delivery—from presales and business analysis to project management, implementation, and post-go-live client success.

Prior to joining In4Velocity, Rishab held senior roles at Xpedeon, where he worked closely with industry leaders such as Sobha LLC, Azizi Developments, Binghatti Developers, Al Ghurair, and KOJ Interiors. His consultative approach and deep understanding of construction processes enabled the successful rollout of complex ERP implementations tailored to client needs.

Known for his ability to translate complex business requirements into user-centric digital workflows, Rishab has led 50+ high-impact Implementations, product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that unlocked actionable insights and accelerated digital adoption across enterprise clients. His efforts directly contributed to increased stakeholder buy-in and enhanced operational efficiency across multiple client organizations.

Throughout his career, Rishab has been recognized for his strategic account management skills, C-suite stakeholder engagement, and ability to drive value realization through structured implementation roadmaps.

A certified PRINCE2® Project Management professional, Rishab holds a Postgraduate degree in Construction Management from NICMAR and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Amity University.
