Sales Manager – West
Years of Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Manager specializing in ERP/CRM/Saas software sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in our Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, along with 8 to 12 years of prior experience in direct Enterprise Sales.
What you will be doing:
- Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Ability to independently navigate the sales lifecycle from demo to proposal, from negotiation to closure.
- Prior experience targeting accounts in the Western Region (Mumbai)
- Passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Should have sold deal sizes exceeding 25 Lakhs, achieving yearly sales targets of 3 Crores or more.
- Experience selling both on-premise (Enterprise) and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of our software solutions.
- Ability to engage at the CXO/Owner/Leadership level, but at the same time manage gatekeepers to ensure access to the decision makers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Daily reporting to the leadership team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Should be a hands on person with the ability to scale and in the future add more team members to grow the territory.
- Should be a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial mind set (ideal) and the ability to function independently.
