Years of Experience & Educational Qualifications:
- We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic L2 Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in technology, along with 4 to 8 years of prior experience.
Mandatory Skills :
- Software Sales Exp, SaaS Exp, Lead Generation , Cold calling, Searching Tool knowledge .
What you will be doing:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to establish a rapport with people at all levels.
- Need to be flexible to travel for client’s places. (Across Kolkata, East Reg like west Bengal, Odisha, etc, Across India if there is need, International)
- Experience working on ERP Modules.
- Real Estate ERP, Highly pref,
- Manufacturing ERP,
- Supply Chain Management ERP.
- Warehouse management,
- Basic Knowledge of SQL (select, update, Backup, Restore, Profiler).
- Accounting basics.
- Understanding of ticketing tool systems. (good have: - or but not must)
- Ability to work independently and with Internal and clients Teams.
- Analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
