Job Specification
- We're looking for an experienced and motivated L2 customer support team member to join our team, who is involved in providing technical support and service requests. Additionally, L2 provides comprehensive application and system incident resolution, including a knowledge base, detailed documentation, training, and analysis of incident trends.
Years of Experience & Educational Qualifications
- 3-5 years of prior experience in ERP customer support - construction & real Estate industry. Bachelor's/master’s degree in technology or relevant
Role and Responsibilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to be able to establish a rapport with people at all levels.
- Semi-technical with basic knowledge of SQL server and basic Queries of SQL like (select, update, Backup, Restore, Profiler).
- Understanding of the ticketing tool system.
- Ability to work in teams independently.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Added advantage if an applicant has real estate knowledge.
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
- Preferably has Proptech background. if not then someone who has knowledge in supply chain management systems and is from an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) background
