Job Specification
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Specialist, proactively identify, and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads and assess potential clients' needs to determine if our ERP solutions align with their business requirements.
Years of Experience & Educational Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of prior experience as an inside sales specialist in the Construction & Real Estate industry. Bachelor's/master’s degree in technology or relevant
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology sales.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales in Technology Sales.
- Ability to identify and qualify leads, and effectively move them through the sales pipeline.
Role and Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Conducting research to identify new sales leads and potential customers.
- Making outbound sales calls and following up on leads to pitch ERP software solutions.
- Demonstrating and presenting products or services to potential customers (Good to have).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with Leads.
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service).
- Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Additional/Preferred Skills
- Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive in ERP software sales or a similar sales role.
- Experience in handling Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa & UK.
- International Regions experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
