Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
What you will be doing
- Gathering information from developers and other technical experts to understand software features and functions.
- Organizing and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
- Writing instructional materials, such as user manuals, installation guides, and FAQs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product management, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Reviewing and revising documentation as needed to reflect changes to the software or to improve readability.
- Ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and meets industry standards.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy, consistency, and quality in all documentation

- Uses a hands-on approach for developing documentation.
- Takes ownership of projects and deliverables.
- Takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
- Thinks and works independently, but operates as part of a team.
