Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Masters Degree in Technology or relevant 10 to 12 years of prior experience in ERP Implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably has a Proptech background. If no Proptech background, then someone who understands supply chain management systems and is from that background or from manufacturing ERP background.
- Working knowledge of SQL server is a plus but not a necessary condition.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Prior Experience of international implementations. Has the experience of staying away from home for 6 months at a time if he is on a foreign assignment (flybacks given every 3 months , subject to deal value with client )
- Career path for a candidate is that he can eventually look to Head operations for a region subject to performance.
- Should be ready for travel at any point of time.
- The Candidate should know financial accounting concepts and should have taken finance or account module live (highly preferred ) . If the candidate hasn't taken the finance / accounts module live, then he should know finance concepts at the very least.
