  • Inside Sales, Cold Calling, ERP Sales.
  • Experience in calling EMEA Countries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to generate leads and set up meetings.
  • Strong internet search capabilities to identify prospects/ decision makers in key accounts.
  • Exposure to various tools like LinkedIn, Zoom Info, etc. for contact gathering and qualification.
  • Strong tele-calling skills to create qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Conduct mailing activities to generate qualified client meetings.
  • Support Sales managers for client networking and account mining activities.
  • Strong Ability to arrange client presentations and work samples demonstrations.
  • Call up the prospective customers, explain details of the different products and services offered and convince them to buy the products.
  • Make efforts to achieve the short term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization.
  • Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and ensure authentic information is available with the company.
