In4Suite® RE Home module is a ready to go intranet, complete with message boards for publishing and viewing company news and information about various clients. It is also personalized at the user level.
Each user, when they log in gets to see their tasks for the day or pending tasks from their previous days that need to get completed. These tasks are set via various business process flows. On the right hand side of the screen is also information regarding upcoming birthdays and anniversaries of various colleagues so that the company can stay in touch with each other about the personal events of various employees.
The customer reminder module allows the user to keep track of specific dates and related events with reference to a customers aiding towards a personalized customer service.
Discussion board is a corporate forum network which allows for groups, threads and posts to be created for inter-corporate communications. The company's employees can discuss common topics or issues across various projects or groups, moderated to only specific invitees. |

The business development module is used by a select group of users who are responsible for the identification of land databases. The functionality in this module allows the users to be able to capture details of the land bank, log information regarding the various details of the land, the pricing negotiation details, what payments have been made and to whom for the land etc.

In this module, all projects and subprojects are created. Once business development signoffs on a property and legal/liaison gives the clearance to start the project, the Project Master module will configure all the necessary details with regards to the budget, payment schedules, accessories, etc for the project. All the units which fall under this project/sub project would inherit all these details.

The core of the In4suite® RE product is the project engineering module. This module contains various sub modules which is used by the project engineers, site engineers and various others members of the project engineering group to update real time and accurate information of ongoing projects and also the initiation of payments etc.

Projects and subprojects are created with appropriate information.
For each project or sub project, Contractor and Consultant Work Orders are Created with appropriate details.
For each WO Star Materials can be indicated (Either Free Supplies or Quantities).
Indents are raised by Engineering using this module against each Work Order which is then sent to Purchase online for Creation of Purchase Orders.
On receipt of Materials on site GRN (Goods Receipt Note) are created to update the Inventory.
Inventory Management of Star Materials, inter site transfers, Excess Material Management are handled through this module.
Payment requisitions to contractors, consultants, suppliers, miscellaneous expenses, and transporters.
Reports on Project Summary, Advance Statement, W.O.Details, Contractor Certificates, Project Expenditure, Retention Amounts, TDS, Indents, BoQ History, Unit Status etc. can be created.
User can view the details of the PO raised by Purchase Department.
Gate Pass functionality can be used to record the movements of goods.

The purchase module works in tandem with the engineering module. All indents raised by engineering and approved are sent to purchase. Purchase will review the approved indents and create the necessary purchase orders (POs) using this module. All master data with regards to the materials are setup and managed from this module. Likewise, the supplier master is also maintained by the Purchase department using this module.

The legal module is used by the legal department to capture the legal details related to the land bank created by the business development group as well as legal documentation for a Project or sub project that is to be initiated. Payment requisitions related to the legal expenses of the company with respect to property or project are also initiated from this module.

This module is used by the sales and marketing team. The sales executives can create the customer data and leverage a highly detailed customer interaction system to capture all contact made with the customer. This data is then leveraged to create a sale. Once a sale is made, the activity during the post sales process is also monitored. Modifications requested to the unit by the customer, accessories requested (like additional car parks, etc) and all such interactions are also captured via this system. The system is unique as it provides a complete 360ฐ view of the customer and all his sale transactions under one window. Payment summaries, Receipts, PDCs, all customer related documents, etc are available to the sales executive at their finger tips.

In4suite® RE - Architecture

In4Suite® RE architecture is built on Microsoftฎ DNA (Distributed interNet Architecture). This architecture is more of a software application design pattern - a set of (traditionally) Microsoftฎ technologies (as in ASP).
The information is accessed from a central repository - access to data is given based on permissions of the Group, User Role, and Location of a User.
As seen from the screen shot, a User is the lowest level with Managers in the next level followed by Executives (same as Users) and Administrators. Users can perform both Administrative, and non-administrative functions depending on the role that they are assigned to. |
In4suite® RE - Finance

The finance module is the center control module from where all payments to contractors, Consultants, Suppliers are management and controlled. All payment requisitions, certificates that are approved etc. are finally managed from this module. The finance user can directly create a voucher and post an entry into the financial system using the In4Suite RE interface. Provisions exist for creating JV's etc directly from the system. The finance module seamlessly integrates with third party financial packages like Tallyฎ, QuickBooksฎ, EXฎ, SAPฎ etc.
